BordersHub lets your company describe itself once, in a structured trust profile: who you are, what you sell, and your security, privacy, quality and compliance posture, backed by evidence files. Your team approves each version internally before it's published. Other companies then ask for access to it, instead of sending you a new questionnaire for every deal.
Register your organization
- Select Get started in the top bar.
- Enter your organization's name, your name, job title, work email and a password, and accept the terms. The first person to register becomes the organization's Admin.
- Choose what your organization does (Technology, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare, Energy, Logistics, Professional Services, Construction, Oil & Gas or Other). This decides which trust profile sections are required for you; you can change it later in Settings.
Join an existing organization
If your company already uses BordersHub, register with your work email. When your company's email domain (for example acme.com) is already registered, you won't create a new organization: your account becomes a request to join the existing one. You can sign in as soon as one of its admins approves it and picks your role.
Addresses at public email providers such as Gmail, Outlook or Yahoo always create a separate organization, because anyone can have one. To join your company with such an address, ask an admin to invite you from the Team page instead. Open the invite link they send you, set your name, title and password, and you join with the role they chose. Invite links expire after 14 days.
Signing in
- Sign in with your work email and password. If your account uses multi-factor authentication (MFA), enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app next.
- Admins must always use MFA, and your organization may require it for everyone. If so, you'll be asked to set it up the first time you sign in: install an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, Authy or 1Password), scan the QR code and enter the code it shows.
- Forgot your password? Ask an admin of your organization to create a password reset link for you from the Team page. The link expires after 24 hours or once it's used.
- Too many failed attempts lock your account for a while. An admin can unlock it from the Team page.
- If you see Your company's account has been suspended, BordersHub has suspended your whole organization. Nobody in it can sign in until the suspension is lifted. See Account suspension.
- If you see Your account has been suspended, BordersHub has suspended only your account. Ask an admin of your organization to raise a support ticket to have it restored (see Account suspension).
