Your published trust profile

The full profile, the public registry entry and your Company ID.

After your first publication, Trust Profile appears in the sidebar. It shows two views:

  • Full trust profile: every declaration and the evidence register. Only your team, and companies you've approved, can open it.
  • Public registry entry: what anyone can see: your legal and trading names, legal form, jurisdiction, operational status, website, business classification, Company ID, publication status and the document fingerprint. It never includes declarations, evidence, registration numbers or incorporation dates.

Your Company ID is shown on both, with a copy button. Give it to partners so they can find you. If evidence has changed since the last publication, a notice reminds you to publish a new version.

To greet visitors with a sentence or two about your company, fill in Public introduction at the bottom of Corporate & Entity Identity (up to 300 characters, plain text). It appears under your name on the public registry entry once that version is approved and published, and it's part of the signed document like every other answer.
