Finding a company
Find a Company searches the directory by name and filters by country of jurisdiction, exact registration number and business classification. Country and registration number only match companies that have published a trust profile. Select View Trust Profile to open a company's public registry entry.
Requesting access
- On the company's registry entry, add an optional note (for example, what you need to assess) and select Request trust. This needs the Admin or Governance role.
- Track your requests under Outgoing Requests: Awaiting Review, Access Granted or Request Denied.
- Once access is granted, select View Full Profile to see their declarations and download their shared evidence. Whether you can open full profiles and download evidence depends on your role.
Answering requests to see your profile
- Requests from other companies appear under Incoming Requests with their note. Select the company's name to look at its profile first.
- Approve lets them see your full profile and download evidence marked Shared with trusted peers. Deny refuses the request.
- Revoke Access withdraws an approval at any time.
- Partner views and downloads of your data are recorded in your Audit Log.
- If a company breaks the Terms, for example with adult content or false information, select Report this company on its trust page. See Reporting a company.
- A company marked Account suspended has been suspended by BordersHub. Its profile and evidence aren't available, and it can't see yours, until the suspension is lifted. You can end the relationship either way meanwhile: Revoke Access under Incoming Requests, or End relationship under Outgoing Requests. See Account suspension.
Working with partners
Once either of you approves the other's request, the company appears under Partners, with a workspace you share: who to contact on each side, and requests between you. See Partners.
